Thank you for all the reviews, I was very closed to renting there because of its great location. I went with other buildings in the area and I am very glad I looked at the review first.

these people are thieves and would use any chance to take your money and to manipulate your contract...so happy I am out of their though they still owe me 1000$, after damaging my car in their garage and asked me to fix it and they would pay me back...but nothing
Water shutdown on Christmas and last longer than 24h! Unf**king believable!
Fire alarm every week, ants are everywhere, long waiting time for elevators, keep claiming that I did not pay a rent when I paid on time, did not give me a free month that they offered me, gave me a fungi infested fridge, balcony looks collapsing, noisy events taking place in the square in front of the apartment. Only positive thing is that it is close to the metro station.
