Very poor for a Holiday Inn quality.1. AC is very laud and not working. They could not fix it. Was not able to change the room. Stayed Aug 2018. Heat up to 35 c.2. Room smells moldy.3. This hotel was in the process of renovation when I was there. It was very pretty on the inside, containing some great useful facilities. A pool and gym. This is a great place to stay.
Services are not too bad. Rooms are clean. However it is not a safe place. They stole my Toyota Tundra Limited Edition 2017 that I parked about 20 feet of the Main entrance of the Hotel. Staff acted like it was a normal event. Manager told me it has happened before. It took 4 long days to have an email from the Administrator. He could not interrupt his weekend off to review the surveillance camera video and to edit a DVD video for the police so they can start a search. Obviously it was too late when he provided the video to the police, ( if he ever did) . Hotel could not even give me a ride to go rent a car. I had a hell weekend staying at Holiday Inn Longueuil.
Hotel was very clean and well presented. Staff was amazing! Our air conditioning was not working properly in our room and maintenance had come to take a look. When it could not be fixed we were moved to another room right away. Rooms were spacious and clean and a 15 min drive to Old Montreal. Will return to this hotel next time we are in the area!
The staff were multilingual which helped make even the occasional only english or other foreign language speakers feel welcome. I would still recommend however to know at least some french before visiting Montreal as it is important to the people that you attempt French first. Also most signs in the hotel are french. But was very nice and had a beautiful view of Montreal
