Very clean little gym and the equipments are always well maintained. Overall, friendly atmosphere and great place to workout.

Visited this gym on a regular basis. Very clean and tidy. I'm not bilingual, and didn't have any problems. The atmosphere was very motivating. I would recommend this gym to anyone in the future. The only downside I had was they only run yoga during the day and had very limited stiff bars for powerlifting.
