Saved my cat's life! Excellent service and follow-ups: They really have your animal's health at heart and want it to live a long and healthy life! To those complaining about the price: Of course they're more expensive than the 'discount' clinic on Taschereau! They do proper tests to find out what the problem is, and also to make sure that it's resolved! If you really care about your animal (and they care as much as you do), that's essential!
Doctor Pacher there is really wonderful: dedicated, nice to the animals... For example, she often calls us to enquire about the health of our older cat and really has a genuine interest regarding the well-being of her patients.

A few months after moving to Quebec, my 15-year-old cat decided to get old and got very sick, very quickly. Not knowing the area or anyone to ask, we happened to come across CVVL. Dr. Pacher and all of the staff at CVVL were excellent as we tried to figure out what was going on with my cat. They were very professional and caring at the same time. Dr. Pacher would always call me herself to discuss the results and next steps for him. (He did get better - thank goodness!)
