Service sucked, waitress didnt even bother to fill our water glasses ONCE, we were there for at least an hour. The pizza was expensive yet small and made from definitely cheap ingredients. The place looks chic but it was the complete opposite. Classless waitress, cheap everything, even the water tasted like Nestle water (or dog drool). Will never go back there.
Good food, but the service was absolutely brutal. The waitress did not mention any extra fees to gratin a meal despite her being the one to offer it, and ignored my query when I made it. Did not smile and was rather rushing through the entire experience despite the restaurant being almost empty. Worth it if you care for good food but don't put much stock into service. Avoid at all cost if you care about being treated like an actual paying customer.
Went the other night with my family, and one of the reasons why we chose this place was because of the wide variety of gluten-free options for my severly gluten-intolerant father. The waitress was great, very polite and approachable. We went early, so it was quiet but still had a lovely atmosphere. Two of us had salads and the other two had pasta. Everything was delicious. But the best part was the gluten-free bread they made for my dad to go with his salad. His eyes just lit up and he said that it was the best gluten-free bread that he has ever eaten. Didn't even taste gluten-free! His joy made the whole experience even better because he was a huge bread-eater before and was always disappointed when searching for good gluten-free bread. Also, the dessert was amazing. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this place.
I had high expectations for this restaurant given the positive reviews...which were quickly deflated. The pizza looked decent but was very bland, none of the ingredients stood out. The Diabloa pizza which claims to be spicy had no flavour and very few pieces of sausage. Even the pitcher of beer was dirty from the inside. Wait staff never even came to ask how our food was. Nothing we had was worth the price, save your money and go somewhere else. All in all pretty disappointing food and service.
Good service and usually decent food. But tonight I had a chicken and orange salad which was mainly lettuce and a little bit of dried up chicken (max 2 ounces),and tiny bits of orange pulp...you had to look for it. I commented on this with the waitress but was told this is how it normally was :( Completely tasteless and uninteresting. My dad had veal with soggy breading and little seasonings and overcooked potatoes. For the price it is not worth it.
