C'est bien mais le prix qu'on m'avait dit n'tait pas ce que la coiffeuse m'a demand. Il tait plus lev. Informez-vous comme il faut.
I'm giving a "one-star" review because I hated my experience at Concept Elite Coiffure in Longueuil.While my hair is much shorter than what I expected (I showed her three pictures on my phone), the customer service is awful, or should I say non-existent. I asked for a cut and color: I was not offered any advice on color and had to pick it myself... I was given sarcastic answer when asking if the same lady would also cut my hair... The receptionist had to wash my hair...and finally - Bashing your colleagues in front of employees is not professional at all. Very very disappointed. They will not see me again.
Rception inexistante.Coiffeuse qui ne prend pas le temps decouter les besoins. Jai eu une coupe vite fait et tout croche qui a dure 8 minutes ( si c pas moins) car elle me disait navoir pas le temps, quand jai pris un rdv?! Nous payons xx dollars pour recevoir un service.. et je nai pas eu la coupe que je voulais a cause deson manque de temps que jai pas trouver professionnel du tout. Jai du repayer pr une autre coiffeuse ailleurs pour quelle finisses la coupe.. incroyable, jy retournera pu.
